ASSESSMENT SERVICES
Organizational Needs Analysis
An Organizational Needs Analysis (ONA) identifies the challenges and needs in an organization.
This analysis should be the foundation of any training program, intervention, or solution. Its purpose
is to aid in the decision making process by defining all the elements, issues, facts, and features
taking place within the organization’s systems or processes, and to align recommendations with
the organization’s strategic plan and desired outcome.
Training Needs Analysis
Training Needs Analysis targets critical training needs by comprehensively evaluating the current
situation and comparing it to the desired situation. A training needs analysis will also help to identify
the nature and content of the training program.
Job Analysis and Profiling
A Job Analysis helps to identify the knowledge, aptitudes, and skills that are actually required to perform
jobs within an organization. Assessment instruments can then be used to measure the skill levels of
individuals currently in the positions or applying for jobs. These assessments will identify an individual’s
strengths, problem areas, and specific skill deficiencies, based on requirements of the job. Training and
educational programs can then be targeted to help the individual meet the demands of the workplace.
Industrial Maintenance Needs Assessment
An Industrial Maintenance Needs Assessment will help employers upgrade the level of their skilled
maintenance staff by creating customized tests designed to help screen potential employees as well
as identify the training necessary for existing employees to operate effectively.
Survey Design and Development
Organizations can greatly benefit from tapping the knowledge of their employees, customers,
vendors, and others associated with their organization. A customized survey helps to quickly identify
the organization’s strengths and weaknesses.
Task Analysis

performed by, or produced by, an employee or employees. The end result is improved management
of the organization’s workforce. The benefits of Task Analysis include:
